We have produced a charter report card which lets you know how we performed on the standards set out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
It is based on our 2022/23 Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
What we have reported on
We have focused on:
- tenant satisfaction;
- our relationship with you;
- housing quality and maintenance;
- neighbourhood and community; and
- value for money (VFM).
We have also included:
- how we compare to other landlords;
- the previous year’s performance;
- ratings for performance; and
- the actions we are taking to improve performance.
