Give us your views on our new Tenant Participation Strategy

We're currently reviewing our new Tenant Participation Strategy and we're looking for your feedback.

Some of the activities proposed are:

  • Continuing with our rolling programme of home tenancy visits
  • Developing our digital platform for tenant engagement using CX Feedbackfor our repair satisfaction surveys
  • Holding a tenants' open day
  • Holding focus groups on Tenant Satisfaction Survey results.
