Ways to pay
We offer a number of ways to pay your rent. You can choose the one that suits you best.
Your total annual rent is divided over 12 equal monthly payments. If you wish to pay your rent on a weekly or fortnightly basis please contact us to discuss this option.
We will provide you with an allpay payment card with a unique reference number which will allow you to make payments in a range of ways.
- Over the telephone
You can pay by credit or debit card over the phone. Make sure you have your allpay reference number to hand.

- Using the allpay app
You can also download the allpay app onto your mobile phone to make payments this way.
Pay over the internet using either a debit or credit card on the allpay website. Make sure you have a note of your allpay reference number.
- Direct Debit
Paying by Direct Debit is worry free and ensures your rent is paid each month. Payment is taken directly from your bank account. This is now a completely paperless process and can be set up over the phone using your account number and sort code.
- In person
- At a “Paypoint”:You can use your plastic payment card to pay your rent at any shop or outlet where you see the “Paypoint” logo.
- At the Post Office: You can use plastic payment card to pay your rent at any Post Office.
- Standing Order
This is arranged directly with your bank so that payment is taken directly from your bank account. We can provide you with a form which is returned to your bank to set it up.
- Pay by cheque
Please make the cheque payable to “Larkfield Housing Association”, write your name and address on the back and then hand it in or post it to the to our office.
We will issue you with a receipt after each payment has been made. You will not be charged for using this facility
